July 2008 Announcement:  Bend All Automotive has been acquired by Dynamic Technologies (DT) and is now part of the DT group of companies.  The managing owners of BAA retain an equity stake under the new ownership structure and BAA will continue to operate under the same name and leadership.  BAA operations are now supported by the Toronto Dominion Bank and Export Development Canada. 

With this acquisition Dynamic Technologies has established itself in the North American market.  Dynamic Technologies projects annual revenues of EUR 230M in 2008 and is supported by several European private equity and financial institutions.
